You can order Mah Jongg cards from the National Mah Jongg League online. If you are ordering in the spring the new cards may take a bit to get to you, but it's better to wait and get them from them. These are the only official cards and they donate a portion of all sales to worthy causes.
No! But you can call for one of the digits for Mah Jongg, like you can call for a pair for Mah Jongg!

No all four digits are considered singles just like NEWS are four single tiles. But you can still call one of those tiles for Maj!!!Â
